HOW TO MAKE NASI GORENG OR
"FRIED RICE"
Ingredients
:
- 350 gr. Long Grain Rice
- 2 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chilies, Sambal Ulek or Sambal Badjak.
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Leek
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 250 gr. Chicken meat
- 250 gr. Shelled Prawns
- 3 Tbs. Kecap Manis
Steps :
1. This dish
is best made from cold leftover rice, but you can cook a fresh batch and leave
it to cool for at least 4 hours.
2. Beat the
eggs and make into a omelet, slice into strips and set aside.
3. Heat the
oil in a wok or large frying pan.
4. Add the
chopped onion, leek, garlic and chilies. Fry until the onion is soft.
5. Add the
Coriander and Cumin.
6. Slice
Chicken into strips and add with the prawns to the onion mixture and cook,
stirring occasionally until they are well mixed.
7. Add the
rice, soya sauce and omelet strips and cook for a further 5 minutes.
8. Decorate
with some of the leftover leek and serve hot. And enjoy.
Material :

Steps :

Sitting on the bike, make sure you know where the
brakes are and how to operate them.
·
You have to learn to balance the bike. Find a
person who can hold your bike behind you and try to steady it as you pedal.
Also find a place to ride that is grassy or such.
·
After practicing for a couple minutes, the person
can release his or her hands while you try to keep your balance.
·
When you are ready, ride alone. But
first lower the seat until you can sit on it and put both feet flat on the
ground.
·
When you are confident you can put your feet on the
pedals and coast for a few feet, try not putting your feet down to train your
sense of balance.
Do this for 30-45 minutes or so, until you have a good feel and some confidence
about steering the bike.

As you gain experience, raise the seat up so that
only your toes can touch the ground while you are seated. This is
the more appropriate height for your seat.

Finally, you have to practice.
·
Once you can balance, pedal, start, and stop, you're
a bicycle rider.

HOW TO
MAKE FRIED BANANA
INGREDIENTS
:
- 1 ripe black-skinned plantain or 4 small finger banana (make sure that the banana is sweet)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 6 Tbs. flour
- water
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil for deep frying
STEPS / INSTRUCTION :
- Place flour in a deep mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of the flour, and add egg, sugar and salt. Add water little by little. Whisk vigorously until batter is evenly smooth for coating and not too thin. If it is too thin, add more flour.
- Peel plantain or banana and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with 4-inch width. Dip into batter to coat generously.
- Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot. Place coated plantain or banana in the wok or deep fryer and fry slowly until golden brown and crispy. This usually takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove bananas from oil, drain on paper napkins and dry well.
- Serve while still warm

Charge
the battery approximately 5 hours or until the battery icon indicates that the
battery is fully charged.

HOW TO
MAKE CANDLES
Material
:
- wax moulds,
- wick,
- dye discs,
- essential oils,
- and a double boiler.
Steps
:
- First of all, melt the wax. All wax has a flash point, so to prevent it bursting into flames, you must melt it in a double boiler, with water in the bottom pan.
- Then, prepare the mould with the wick. Thread the wick through the mould and make sure that you leave a good few centimeters sticking out of the hole in the bottom.
- After that, add the scent. If you want a scented candle, add a few drops of essential oil to the melted wax. You can use any essential oil you like, as long as it doesn't contain water.
- Next step, pour the wax into the mould. Try and tip the wax into the mould quickly, all in one go, to minimize spillage and air bubbles.
- Then, release the bubbles and top it up. Releasing the air bubbles will eventually make the candle sink, so you will need to top it up with more melted wax.
- Finally, remove it from the mould. After four or five hours, the candle can be taken out of its mould.
- Your candle is now ready for display. Remember, you must always leave it for a day before lighting it.
